ELISA Test Kit Project

by Ross last modified 2007-08-28 14:47

The Ness Foundation is seeking funding for a project to develop an Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay, or ELISA kit to detect undigested gluten peptides as an aid to diagnosis of gluten-associated diseases.  It is hoped that the research will help those who suffer from these conditions by the development of foods devoid of the coeliac or gluten-associated disease troublemakes and will help the development of personalised nutrition,. thereby reducing costs to the public and the healthcare services.

This web-site will carry details of the research as the programme develops.
