The team at The Ness Foundation includes full-time academic researchers, post-graduate students researching for a higher degree and technical and administrative support staff.  Ness also hosts Research Associates from the National Health Service to allow them to carry out research as part of their career and professional development.

The board of directors also have a part-time executive role and contribute their experience from the business and academic sectors.  The scientific advisory board has been recruited to include internationally recognised experts.
