Pan Diagnostics Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ness Foundation and has been created as a route for commercialisation of Ness Foundation activities.  These activities include the results of the research carried out by the Ness Foundation as well as providing research services for commercial companies and other researchers.

All profits from the activities of Pan Diagnostics Ltd accrue to the Ness Foundation.

Pan Diagnostics does not manuafcture products but seeks, through licensing, to have the results of the research exploited by others with royalties returning to support the research of the Ness Foundation.
